Job description
The Lead – Advanced Analytics Strategy & Development role sits within Emirates NBD’s Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence (AA CoE), the Group’s hub for advanced analytics and AI capabilities supporting customer experience enhancement, operational optimization, and strategic decision-making across business and support functions. The role operates within the Analytics Product Office, which is responsible for leveraging Advanced Analytics, AI, and GenAI capabilities to design, build, integrate, and scale analytics solutions across the bank through established digital and platform delivery tribes. The Product Office collaborates closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Domain Specialists, and business stakeholders to ideate, shape, and deliver analytics initiatives end to end, ensuring seamless transition from concept to scalable, production-ready solutions aligned with Emirates NBD Group Strategic Priorities. The role supports the development of the AA CoE strategy and owns selected elements of the AI agenda across the Group, requiring deep understanding of banking business processes, opportunity identification, AI-driven solution shaping, roadmap development, lifecycle oversight post-rollout, adoption enablement, and value realization tracking. The role also contributes to enterprise AI program diagnostics, roadmap development, governance, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and innovation through fintech partnerships, while embedding analytics into business-as-usual processes and driving sustained business impact across the bank.
