Job description
Red Hat is hiring a Key Account Executive to join its Sales team in Saudi Arabia. You’ll lead strategic engagement with Tier 1 CSPs and affiliates across the GCC, managing telco business domains such as OSS/BSS and IT infrastructure. As part of the global Telco team, you will shape and expand Red Hat’s partner ecosystem and deliver tailored open-source technology solutions that support customer transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Manage Red Hat’s business with CSPs in Saudi Arabia and affiliates in the GCC.
- Oversee business domains including network, OSS/BSS, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within partner organizations, including C-suite.
- Collaborate with NEPs, ISVs, cloud providers, and GSIs to propose customer-centric solutions.
- Design and execute strategic account plans to increase business volume and partnerships.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Drive alignment and activities across internal team members to achieve sales goals.
- Promote customer satisfaction and long-term business growth through account stewardship.
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in software sales with a focus on telco accounts.
- Proven track record of sales success within the telecom or IT industry.
- Deep understanding of telco market dynamics, trends, and cloud transformation.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to work in dynamic, distributed environments and manage remote teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Red Hat or open-source technologies is a plus.
- Experience as an account manager for CSPs in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
