Last mile delivery, home delivery and installation, returns and marketplace fulfilment all depend on supply chain processes that this Senior Business Analyst at Alghanim Industries in Kuwait helps shape. Business and technology teams meet through you, so requirement definition, process optimisation and solution design all run through this position. Workshops lead to BRDs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, which then feed sprint planning and UAT. Operational KPIs point to where automation and optimisation can help, and delivery scheduling and dispatch are frequent targets. Technology options and vendors get assessed with scorecards and clear recommendations to business and IT. Business Analysts and developers in other domains such as Customer, Store and ERP are part of the conversation, so good ideas travel across the business. At least 7 years of Business Analysis experience is required, including a minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment or Retail Operations. Hands-on Jira and Confluence use, agile and waterfall delivery experience and a strong grasp of the end-to-end retail fulfilment lifecycle are expected, and OMS or WMS implementation experience would be an advantage.
