The Senior Interface & Integration Manager at AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will oversee and coordinate relationships between the Employer, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractors, PMCMs, utility companies, government agencies, Ministry of Interior, traffic police, security agencies, and civil defence within a railway infrastructure project environment. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the railway sector including railway consulting and focuses on facilitating cooperation between all KAPT stakeholders, ensuring adherence to interface protocols, identifying and resolving integration gaps, and supporting interface and integration workshops. The position involves developing and maintaining Interface and Integration Management Plans in accordance with contract requirements, implementing interface protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures, and ensuring interface activities align with programme milestones, risk registers, and project deliverables. The Senior Interface & Integration Manager will manage Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register, coordinate with contractors to address integration gaps across systems, processes, and organizations, and represent the employer in discussions with government agencies, civil defence, and security forces. The role includes providing expert technical guidance on railway integration strategies, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, monitoring compliance with interface agreements, and contributing to weekly and monthly progress reports, executive-level reporting, and presentations. The position also requires strong familiarity with government protocols, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder coordination within large-scale railway infrastructure projects.
