Job description
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) is seeking a Senior Officer β Developer Sales based in Dubai, UAE, responsible for achieving monthly and annual Home Finance sales targets in line with assigned KPIs. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with real estate brokers and developers to capture market share in the mortgage and home finance segment. The position involves maintaining agreed turnaround times (TAT) for both internal and external customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and referral generation. The Senior Officer is required to conduct detailed checks of customer files in accordance with DIB credit guidelines prior to submission to credit to maximize approval rates and ensure documentation quality with no discrepancies. Responsibilities include updating and managing leads within internal systems, preparing daily sales and MIS reports, tracking future deal pipelines, maintaining summaries of existing clients for promotional correspondence, staying updated on product parameters, competitor activity, and market developments, and ensuring strict compliance with approved policies, procedures, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and Sharia principles of Islamic finance to support risk mitigation and quality standards.

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual Home Finance sales targets in line with defined KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and developers to increase market share
- Maintain agreed turnaround times for internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and referrals
- Conduct detailed checks of customer files in accordance with DIB credit guidelines before submission to credit to ensure maximum approval and zero discrepancies
- Update and manage leads on internal systems to track, follow up, review cases, and convert leads into sales
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS reports covering all potential leads, active cases, and future deal tracking
- Maintain daily summaries of existing clients and conduct promotional correspondence to generate additional referrals
- Stay updated on product parameters, competitor information, and market developments through internal and external training programs
- Ensure full compliance with approved policies, procedures, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and Sharia principles of Islamic finance
- Execute all assigned tasks and projects in line with departmental policies, procedures, and service level agreements
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorβs degree
- Possess a minimum of 2β3 years of banking experience, preferably within the mortgage or home finance industry
- Demonstrate knowledge of home finance commercial terms and home finance documentation
- Exhibit experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, and operational risk management
- Show strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements and Sharia principles of Islamic finance
