Key responsibilities

• Manage the operations of BESS Proc Co, including qualification testing, pre-production test, testing and quality assurance.
• Oversee third-party inspection agencies responsible for testing components to ensure compliance with specifications and performance parameters.
• Manage the production process of technologies purchased by BESS Proc Co.
• Lead the qualification process of suppliers, technologies, and production lines in line with project and corporate standards.
• Monitor manufacturing and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate delivery and storage plans, ensuring timely and accurate logistics.
• Ensure proper BOM material traceability to meet lender requirements.
• Manage financial operations such as opening letters of credit (LCs), coordinating with banks, issuing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining a positive cash flow.
• Coordinate with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) on payment processes.
• Manage bonds including advance, performance, and warranty bonds.
• Support technical negotiations for supply agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for the consortium.
