Job description
The Marketing Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is responsible for building brand presence and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. This includes driving awareness and engagement for the hotelās rooms, F&B outlets, and event spaces, while managing a team and coordinating with the IHG Corporate Office. The role entails overseeing content creation, campaign development, and data-driven insights to ensure customer conversion and loyalty, while optimizing performance across both traditional and digital platforms.

- Establish brand positioning and target audiences with specific marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing programs across multiple channels and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the IHG Corporate Office for regional marketing alignment.
- Lead campaign execution from ideation through delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to shape strategy.
- Guide creative direction for advertising materials and public-facing communications.
- Oversee promotional activities including events, content, social media, and PR.
- Create analytics reports and interpret KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Manage marketing budgets, content calendars, and brand activations.
- Ensure proper marketing representation for IHG loyalty programs (IHG One Rewards, etc.).
- Liaise with agencies and third parties for media and campaign execution.
- Supervise junior marketing team members and evaluate performance.
- Maintain alignment across digital touchpoints, websites, and social channels.
- Coordinate internal communications and sales support materials.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Expertise in field marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, PR, and brand development.
- Experience managing multifunctional teams and agency partners.
- Understanding of CRM systems, loyalty programs, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end multichannel campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting tools, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry marketing trends and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a high-growth environment.
