- Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnership prospects that align with the company’s growth objectives
- Actively support the sales and marketing team with the generation of high-quality leads, client outreach activities, and follow-up communications to ensure the continuous expansion of the customer base
- Prepare and develop professional proposals, presentations, and reports for internal use by the management team as well as external distribution to prospective clients and business partners
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and support strategic planning
- Update, maintain, and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to ensure accuracy of client information, track engagement, and monitor business development activities
- Participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing creative and actionable recommendations to support business growth, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of commercial and operational processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply and will be given opportunities to learn and grow within the role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
