Job description
Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC is seeking a Graphic & Web Designer for ACE Hardware, operating within Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end visual communication across digital and print platforms, translating creative concepts into high-impact executions aligned with brand guidelines. The position supports marketing initiatives by designing assets for social media, email marketing, websites, advertisements, brochures, signage, catalogues, and other retail marketing collateral. The Graphic & Web Designer prepares press-ready files for print catalogues, optimizes creative assets for digital platforms, and ensures technical accuracy and quality control. The role involves close collaboration with social media, marketing, and product teams to integrate visuals into broader campaign strategies, maintain and evolve brand identity, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The position requires continuous monitoring of industry trends, competitor design strategies, and emerging digital tools to keep the brandâs aesthetic competitive within the retail sector. The role operates within Al-Futtaim Retailâs large-scale, multi-brand retail environment, supporting ACE Hardwareâs marketing and brand communication objectives.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, email marketing, website banners, advertisements, and print collateral including brochures and signage
- Prepare final press-ready files for print catalogues and optimize creative assets for digital use with full quality control
- Maintain and evolve brand identity by ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute integrated campaign concepts
- Coordinate with product teams to align designs with product features and marketing strategy
- Monitor industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep brand visuals fresh and competitive
- Research competitor design strategies and apply insights to drive creative innovation
- Ensure all design deliverables meet required quality standards and are delivered within deadlines
- Participate in regular marketing meetings to align creative execution with campaign objectives
Experience & skills
- Possess 8 to 10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the retail or electronics sectors
- Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Exhibit proficiency in video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro with exposure to motion graphics
- Maintain familiarity with Figma, HTML, coding, or Sketch as an advantage
- Present a strong portfolio demonstrating typography expertise, digital creatives, and retail marketing work
