Job description
Foodics runs a restaurant management and payments platform live in more than 35 countries, and this role exists to keep that operation standing when something goes wrong. You'll support and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) framework, working closely with IT, Information Security and business stakeholders. Coordinating DR planning, testing and execution sits at the center of the job, done in partnership with technology teams rather than in isolation. Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments span both business and IT functions, and the findings feed directly into action plans you track through to closure. BCP and DR documentation, including recovery strategies and procedures, needs regular development and review to stay usable rather than theoretical. Tests, exercises and simulations run on an ongoing basis, each followed by a review that turns gaps into concrete improvement actions. Internal stakeholders look to this role to translate BCM and DR requirements into something teams can actually implement. Regulatory and audit expectations, including those set by SAMA, run through the role as a constant thread rather than a periodic task. Reporting rounds out the mandate, with dashboards and metrics keeping resilience visible to management and committee stakeholders.
