The Property Consultant role at haus & haus focuses on driving leasing and sales performance within Dubaiās growing real estate market. The consultant is responsible for sourcing landlords and sellers through daily outbound calls, conducting property market appraisals, capturing high-quality property images, preparing property listings for major online portals, and providing tailored solutions based on client requirements. The role requires staying updated on market insights and trends, building trust through transparent communication, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Supported by expert management, marketing, and admin teams, consultants benefit from in-house training, relocation support, visa and Emirates ID processing, health insurance, and access to tools designed to accelerate performance in residential leasing, sales, off-plan investments, commercial properties, short-term rentals, holiday homes, and property management.
