Job description
The Senior Specialist – Social Media at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for developing and executing the brand's social media strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and digital growth. This includes creating and curating multimedia content, analyzing campaign performance, managing ad budgets, and maintaining responsive communication across platforms. The role requires collaboration with marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and innovation in digital outreach. Additionally, the Senior Specialist leads and mentors junior team members and stays abreast of emerging trends and best practices to keep Qiddiya at the forefront of social media engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms
- Create and curate engaging multimedia content tailored to different social channels
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and oversee budget planning
- Mentor and lead junior team members in social media content development and strategy
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven success in delivering high-impact social media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling ability
- Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative content ideas
- Experience managing teams and digital marketing projects
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
