Job description
The role involves collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions while working within Accenture Security, a global provider of digital, cloud, and security capabilities. The mandate includes building policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management such as identity lifecycle management, requesting access, and auditing permissions. The consultant conducts assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify improvement opportunities, defines technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions, and provides advisory support for implementing IAM features tailored to client environments. The role requires establishing a link between IAM teams and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements, and supporting communication regarding IAM program roadmaps. Responsibilities include focusing on efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new IAM platform features and versions; configuring and customizing IGA and Access Management platforms to align with business processes and security policies; and developing and implementing access control policies, roles, and entitlements across systems and applications. The consultant provides guidance on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting, collaborates with cross-functional teams including security, IT, and compliance to integrate IGA solutions, provides training and support for adoption and management of IGA solutions, interacts with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to IAM platforms, and prepares updates and reports to management. The role requires familiarity with SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, LDAP, Active Directory, BeyondTrust, RBAC, and Role Engineering, supported by a proven track record of more than four years in IT services and information security with extensive identity and access management experience.
