The Business Development Manager (Brand Management) in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, will lead sales and business development initiatives within the beauty industry. - Drive sales and business development activities within the professional hair care and cosmetics industry in KSA by identifying new opportunities, supporting brand growth, and contributing to revenue expansion aligned with brand management objectives
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, partners, salons, and professional beauty clients to strengthen brand presence and support long-term business development initiatives
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic actions to enhance business growth
- Manage and coordinate teams involved in sales and business development initiatives while prioritizing tasks and ensuring delivery of objectives within critical deadlines
- Support brand management initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales strategies with brand positioning in the beauty and cosmetics market
- Leverage knowledge of the professional hair care and cosmetics industry in Saudi Arabia to identify market opportunities, evaluate competitor activity, and support business expansion strategies
- Utilize Microsoft Office and sales management software to track sales performance, maintain reports, manage pipelines, and monitor business development activities
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support business development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the beauty, professional hair care, or cosmetics industry, supporting revenue growth and stakeholder engagement
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field to support business development strategy, brand management, and market analysis responsibilities
- Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
- Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement, evaluate business performance, and recommend actionable strategies
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage teams, coordinate activities, and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
- Possess knowledge of the professional hair care and cosmetics industry in Saudi Arabia to support brand expansion and business development strategies
- Maintain fluency in Arabic and English with excellent oral and written communication skills to support stakeholder communication and business operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales management software for reporting, data analysis, pipeline tracking, and business development planning
