Job description
The Senior Business Development Executive at Aramex is responsible for driving substantial financial growth by generating and nurturing leads, managing and expanding client relationships, and positioning tailored logistics solutions. The role involves coordinating with vertical and field marketing teams, cultivating leads through a value-based approach, and translating customer strategies into actionable opportunities. This individual acts as a consultant, aligning Aramex offerings with client objectives to maximize mutual value. The executive presents solutions, collaborates with internal solution groups, ensures smooth transitions with account managers, maintains accurate customer records using CRM systems, and leverages industry networks to remain informed of market trends and strategies.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in business or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or shipping industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in collaborating with global and local leadership on commercial goals
- Strong negotiation skills using diverse strategies
- Demonstrated adaptability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and customer focus abilities
