Job description
Based in KSA, the B2B Content Manager owns merchant communication strategy and execution for SMB merchants, crafting clear, impactful, and timely messaging across product updates, campaigns, and support initiatives. The role manages proactive and reactive communications to address major issues or concerns with transparency; partners with product teams to drive product marketing execution and ensure precise positioning of offerings; and develops and manages B2B content assets such as newsletters, FAQs, and training materials to enhance merchant engagement. Working cross-functionally with sales, growth, and product, the manager aligns unified messaging and coordinates impactful campaigns, leveraging content creation tools and marketing automation platforms (such as Clevertap) while producing bilingual (English and Arabic) communications tailored to merchant segments in fintech, payments, and e-commerce contexts.

Experience & skills

- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to different merchant segments
- Proficiency with content creation tools; experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Clevertap) is a plus
