Based in Riyadh with regular work on customer site, the Data Integration Technical Lead (Banking) within Oracle Financial Services Solutions oversees the design, development, and implementation of data integration processes for banking customers, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability. Operating as an individual contributor (Career Level IC3), the role leads the end-to-end development cycle from design to delivery; creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation including data models and mapping specifications; partners with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions; and identifies and implements improvements to existing data models and processes for enhanced efficiency. Acting as a subject matter expert in data modeling, ETL, and Oracle PL/SQL, the lead enforces best practices and supports high-quality solutions aligned to banking industry needs. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong proficiency with data integration tools, experience designing scalable, high-performance data solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive project success. Banking industry experience is preferred, and knowledge of Oracle Financial Services products is a plus.
