Job description
The Human Resources Officer (HR Operations & Compliance) role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is exclusively designated for Saudi national females in compliance with local regulations. The position operates within the Human Resources function and is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The role requires maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring strict compliance with Saudi labor law and internal company policies. The HR Officer supports payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards and labor regulations. The position plays an active role in employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and the coordination of training and development programs to enhance workforce capability. The role also involves addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to compliance requirements. The HR Officer must ensure alignment with Saudi labor regulations while utilizing Microsoft Office tools and HR software systems to manage HR operations efficiently. The role requires strong familiarity with HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and administrative processes within a corporate HR environment.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions for employees
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration by coordinating inputs, verifying data, and ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes by coordinating activities and ensuring alignment with HR strategies
- Coordinate and administer training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability building
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing accurate guidance and ensuring consistent application of HR standards
- Ensure all HR operations, processes, and documentation are aligned with company policies and Saudi labor regulations
Experience & skills
- Be a Saudi national female in compliance with local employment regulations and requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field relevant to HR operations and administration
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations
- Possess a strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices, including compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR software systems used for HR operations and employee data management
- Demonstrate ability to manage payroll processing, benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training coordination within an HR environment
