Job description
The HR Enablement Manager in Abu Dhabi is responsible for leading the development, governance, and management of HR data systems, ERP platforms, and AI-driven HR technologies within a large-scale organization. The role focuses on driving HR digital transformation by automating key HR processes, integrating artificial intelligence solutions, and enhancing HR operational efficiency through advanced systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP and related HR technology platforms. This includes oversight of core HR modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, and Manpower Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, HR policies, and UAE regulatory frameworks. The position is responsible for defining and executing the HR digital and data roadmap, supporting system architecture design, and ensuring seamless integration between ERP systems, AI tools, and other enterprise platforms. A key responsibility is enabling line managers and HR teams with AI-powered tools to improve decision-making, workforce planning, and people management capabilities. The role also ensures data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with audit and security standards, including adherence to UAE and international data privacy regulations. The HR Enablement Manager works closely with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests. Additionally, the role oversees HR analytics, reporting dashboards, and management information systems to support business performance and operational control. The position includes responsibility for establishing AI governance frameworks within HR, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant use of artificial intelligence technologies. The role drives continuous improvement in HR systems, supports change management during system transitions, and ensures high adoption rates of digital HR tools across HR teams and line managers. It also includes managing HR technology budgets, vendor performance, and system documentation while ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise digital strategy.

Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the HR data and systems roadmap including ERP and AI-enabled HR transformation initiatives
- Manage and support Oracle Fusion ERP HR modules including Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, and Talent Management
- Drive automation of HR processes and integration of AI tools across HR operations and systems
- Ensure alignment of HR systems with UAE regulatory frameworks and organizational HR policies
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to configure, upgrade, test, and enhance HR ERP functionalities
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support management decision-making and business performance
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all HR systems and databases
- Support HR system users through training, onboarding, and change management initiatives
- Identify and implement AI use cases including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent reporting
- Establish governance frameworks for HR AI usage, ensuring compliance with ethics, bias, and transparency standards
Experience & skills
- 10–12 years of experience in HR systems management, ERP support, or HR operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data management, and HR policy compliance
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development
- Knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI and agentic AI systems in HR context
- Experience collaborating with IT teams and vendors on system integration and enhancements
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills
- Experience managing HR technology budgets and vendor performance
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements in UAE
