Tamooha, ADCB's award-winning operations centre in Al Ain, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women and sits within Itmam, the Group's operations and processing subsidiary. Itmam serves every Group sector, from lending and wealth management to ATM services. This Team Leader monitors the centre's daily data processing and cross-sell activities, making sure work follows SOPs and meets the required standard. Queries and concerns come to you first, and recommended solutions need to land within agreed turnaround times. Working relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors keep information and feedback moving. Training and developing team members is part of the job, so planning, organizing and a process-minded approach all matter. Every interaction, internal or external, should reflect the ADCB Service Standards. Expect to bring at least 4 years of operations experience, a relevant bachelor's degree and knowledge of Arabic, on a 3-year fixed-term contract.
