The Relationship Manager role in Dubai is focused on building trust and engaging new and existing investors, ensuring a seamless end-to-end platform experience. The mandate emphasizes education, onboarding, and relationship management, leveraging real estate and finance knowledge, data interpretation and trend analysis to explain opportunities in clear, general terms. Operating in an on-site, fast-moving startup environment, the role supports SmartCrowdâs mission to broaden access to real estate investing while maintaining DFSA-regulated standards and delivering an excellent investor journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture trust with new and existing investors to drive engagement on the SmartCrowd platform.
- Educate prospective and current investors on real estate crowdfunding opportunities and platform features in clear, general terms.
- Own and streamline investor onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless experience from registration to first investment.
- Manage ongoing relationships across the investor base to support retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Interpret data and market trends and communicate insights to investors to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support education, onboarding, and relationship management initiatives that expand SmartCrowdâs reach across the region.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record as a trusted relationship builder in sales, client relations, or real estate.
- Show a strong understanding of real estate and finance with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Exhibit the ability to interpret data and trends and communicate them in a clear, general way.
- Operate proactively and self-driven in a fast-moving startup environment while managing multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner.
- Function as a collaborative team player with the drive to help scale a growing platform.
