Job description
The Product Manager β Digital Projects role at Etihad Airways is responsible for leading and delivering projects across all digital touchpoints, with a strong focus on continuously optimizing the digital customer experience across web and mobile platforms. The role drives increased adoption of digital channels while delivering product enhancements that improve revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key driver of the digital vision, the Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, UX and design functions, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and execute high-impact initiatives across the end-to-end digital ecosystem. The position involves deep expertise in eCommerce and airline digital ecosystems, including booking, payments, loyalty, self-service, and merchandising, as well as defining, tracking, and optimizing conversion funnels using digital analytics such as drop-offs, session replays, and NPS to inform data-driven improvements.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage one or more digital projects within the digital ecosystem, shaping the project roadmap and delivering seamless omni-channel experiences across web and mobile platforms aligned with business objectives
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities by continuously optimizing digital product capabilities and developing value propositions that accelerate digital channel adoption
- Develop clear business cases and value propositions for digital initiatives and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and enhancements
- Define, track, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels using analytics including drop-offs, session replays, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Leverage benchmarking and performance measurement to inform data-driven digital improvements
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across end-to-end digital journeys through deep analysis of user behavior, interactions, and customer feedback
- Validate digital features and solutions through data analysis and customer insights
- Collaborate closely with UX and design teams to enhance usability, optimize feature presentation, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences
Experience & skills
- Possess 5 or more years of experience in product management with strong analytical capabilities
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate deep expertise in eCommerce or airline digital ecosystems including booking, payments, loyalty, self-service, and merchandising
- Have experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced, consumer-centric digital environments
- Exhibit airline business specialization with proven ability to design and deliver effective digital solutions
