Job description
Industrial operations in Riyadh depend on electrical systems that actually work under pressure, and this Senior Electrical Engineer role owns the design, implementation and optimization of exactly that. You'll design, develop and implement electrical systems and infrastructure, including power distribution networks, backup power systems and advanced control systems tailored to operational needs. Electrical system performance gets analyzed thoroughly, with root cause analysis on equipment failures turning into efficient fixes that minimize downtime. Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment all fall under this role's oversight, kept in full compliance with Saudi Arabian electrical codes and international standards. Preventive and corrective maintenance programs get managed in partnership with maintenance teams, optimizing system reliability along the way. A team of electrical technicians and junior engineers gets led and mentored, with technical guidance, performance feedback and development opportunities built into the job. Detailed electrical documentation, including single-line diagrams, control schematics and technical specifications, gets developed and kept current. Regular electrical safety audits keep thorough safety protocols in place, securing a compliant working environment for everyone on site. Capital improvement projects get planned and delivered alongside project managers and stakeholders, on schedule and within budget.
