Oracle Consulting is seeking a highly accomplished Project Director & Enterprise Cloud Architect to lead high-impact cloud transformations and architecture engagements for key enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. This strategic role combines leadership in technical delivery, project management, client engagement, and business development. You will operate as a trusted advisor for Oracle Cloud infrastructure and hybrid models, guiding customer journeys through data center migrations, security enhancements, and next-gen digital architecture implementations.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cloud migration, integration, and modernization projects from design to deployment.
- Drive the successful implementation of Oracle and hybrid cloud solutions in client environments.
- Act as a senior-level project/program manager with ownership of full lifecycle delivery, governance, and budget adherence.
- Provide thought leadership and influence to customer leadership on cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation.
- Develop project scope, resource plans, and risk assessments while ensuring alignment with Oracleās delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with consulting, sales, licensing, and product teams to deliver impactful outcomes and drive business growth.
- Enable business development by supporting bid phases, identifying client needs, and architecting fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead customer and partner relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and long-term engagement.
- Mentor project teams and provide guidance on cloud-native design, infrastructure design, and application modernization.
- Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions leveraging best practices in data and infrastructure security.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with 5+ years of cloud architecture and project/program management experience.
- Experience managing full lifecycle projects exceeding 500+ delivery days with P&L responsibility.
- Strong track record in enterprise cloud transformations, particularly with Oracle Cloud or equivalent platforms.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Agile and Scrum experience in large-scale environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing distributed teams and working in matrix organizational structures.
- Experience in bid management, stakeholder alignment, and vendor negotiations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic (native or fluent) and English.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with ability to influence senior executives.
