Job description
Medications need to be available when and where nursing and pharmacy teams need them, and BD's Medication Management Solutions team exists to make that happen by managing multiple systems and reducing inefficiency and waste. You will manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, working closely with the sales team to hit targets aligned with the annual business plan and commercial objectives. Building strong customer relationships sits at the center of the role, identifying growth opportunities and driving account expansion while keeping customer satisfaction high through effective account management and business development. Territory sales targets and business objectives get pursued for the fiscal year, backed by short-term and long-term account growth strategies developed and executed along the way. Key accounts get managed toward targeted revenue growth, profitability, and retention, with new business opportunities identified and converted within existing and target accounts. Decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, and executive management all factor into the relationships built through regular customer visits assessing account needs, market opportunities, and business risks. Reporting flows regularly to the Sales Manager or Sales Director on sales activities, market developments, competitor activities, and account performance. Commercial activities such as quotations, tenders, and customer proposals get led directly, and collaboration with distribution partners keeps product availability and supply continuity on track.
