The Senior Social Media Specialist will serve as the primary voice of the brand across digital platforms, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive impactful engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, brand alignment, and strong collaboration skills. Key responsibilities include executing social media strategies, managing content planning and coordination, monitoring performance metrics using tools like Sprinklr, and staying ahead of social media trends. The role will also involve community engagement, competitive analysis, and regular stakeholder reporting, with a focus on ensuring consistent and effective brand communication.

- Act as the brand ambassador across social media channels, ensuring posts, comments, and engagements reflect the company’s values
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture a positive online community
- Assist in executing a social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals, adapting content for each platform
- Collaborate with Content, PR, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely content production
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, events, and launches
- Monitor social media metrics and share performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Use tools like Sprinklr for analysis and optimization
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
- Recommend new platforms, formats, or technologies for brand engagement
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign outcomes
- Serve as a point of contact for social media-related inquiries
Experience & skills
- 3+ years in social media management, preferably within the Real Estate/Automobile sector
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprinklr
- Basic design skills are a plus
