Job description
Infrastructure and built environment pursuits across the region are led from qualification through submission, interview, negotiation and handover by this Growth & Proposals Manager at KBR, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Customer, market and competitor insight becomes win strategies, win themes, value propositions and executive summaries under your direction. Kickoffs, storyboard reviews, color-team reviews and proposal workshops keep business development, operations, engineering, estimating, finance, commercial and legal contributors moving together. Pricing strategy is shaped with estimating, finance and commercial teams, reflecting the execution approach, risk profile and price-to-win analysis. Compliance with customer instructions, evaluation criteria and internal governance has to hold on every submission, along with tight version control. Bid/no-bid decisions, competitive benchmarking and lessons learned also draw on your analysis. Regional travel is expected. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least nine years in infrastructure, business development, proposals, estimating or commercial management, including complex pursuits on EPC, EPCM, design-build, consulting or major capital projects.
