Job description
One of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia needs disciplined commercial management on its enabling works, and that's what this Senior Commercial Manager role delivers across a major mixed-use development spanning sports facilities, entertainment, arts and associated infrastructure. You'll lead the commercial management of a designated workstream from procurement through to final account. Procurement strategies, tender documentation and package recommendations all get reviewed before work moves forward. Contractor procurement activities receive commercial oversight throughout, keeping decisions grounded in what the project actually needs. Commercial risks, value engineering opportunities and scope gaps get assessed continuously rather than left until problems surface. Contract administration support and commercial governance get managed alongside variations, change control and commercial reporting. Client, consultants and contractors all rely on this role for stakeholder engagement across the workstream. Cost management, forecasting and final account settlement stay disciplined and accurate from start to finish. Commercial managers across the wider team get mentored and supported as part of the role's broader responsibility.
