Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions across the client portfolio, preparing/reviewing client reports and key documentation for fundraising, acquisitions and disposals
• Take an active role in business development activities including preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, and client meetings
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas, identifying opportunities and leveraging relationships
• Project manage transactions, ensuring quality deliverables, managing counterparties, and meeting transaction milestones
• Understand key business drivers, predict and manage key issues and risks through insights and advice
• Lead, develop, and counsel junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team growth
