Job description
The PR & Communication Manager - Software role is responsible for owning and executing end-to-end public relations and communications campaigns for a global B2B software vendor serving banking, financial services, and insurance customers. The role supports the development and execution of region-specific communication strategies aligned with business objectives, drives brand awareness through PR campaigns, media outreach, and thought leadership, and manages relationships with regional media, journalists, and industry influencers. Responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, articles, executive quotes, and customer success stories, supporting global and regional product launches and corporate events with tailored media plans, and assisting leadership with messaging, positioning, and reputation management. The role collaborates closely with sales, product, legal, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, monitors media coverage, tracks KPIs, prepares campaign performance reports, supports media training for spokespersons, and delivers campaigns within allocated budgets and timelines, with most execution handled in-house. The company offers enterprise software solutions including ERP, Universal Lending, Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance software, Core Insurance platforms, and Asset Management systems, operating across more than 60 countries.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing
- Demonstrate over five years of experience in communications and public relations, ideally within B2B technology environments
- Demonstrate experience working in a regional communications role
- Apply strong understanding of regional media landscapes and cultural communication styles
- Demonstrate excellent writing and storytelling capability for diverse B2B audiences
- Apply a strategic mindset to translate business goals into communication plans
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment
- Demonstrate ability to execute communications activities in-house with limited support
- Demonstrate familiarity with startup or high-growth technology environments
