Property Finder, a leading real estate technology platform in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, is seeking a Lead, Growth Analytics within the Strategy & Analytics team to drive commercial performance and growth initiatives through data analysis, commercial analytics, growth analytics, and business intelligence. The role focuses on partnering with commercial teams to create best-in-class tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales processes through data-driven decision making, performance analytics, and client performance analysis. The position collaborates closely with monetization teams to identify pricing analytics and product analytics opportunities, recommending actions to improve revenue and product performance. The role requires managing reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization deliverables while ensuring data quality analysis and delivering insights that support performance management and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include leading data-driven business consultation transformation, improving tool utilization, refining analytics capabilities, supporting sales analytics initiatives, and enabling scalable client growth. The role involves managing a team of managers and associates, providing analytics support during client visits, and delivering presentations for senior stakeholders using structured presentation development. The position also requires maintaining strong oversight of data quality, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and driving analytics workstreams end-to-end. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in strategy analysis, quantitative analysis, business intelligence, and commercial analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm, alongside proficiency in SQL and Tableau for analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. The role operates in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment supporting Property Finderās mission to transform the real estate ecosystem and empower buyers, renters, developers, and brokers through analytics-driven insights and scalable growth solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of managers and associates to deliver commercial analytics, growth analytics, and client performance analysis that supports the commercial team and drives client value through data-driven decision making
- Lead data-driven business consultation transformation by increasing utilization of analytics tools, improving dashboard development and reporting capabilities, and optimizing sales analytics processes based on business consultant needs and market conditions
- Partner with commercial teams to create best-in-class analytics tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve sales processes using performance analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with monetization teams to identify pricing analytics and product analytics opportunities, recommend actions, and drive value across pricing and product initiatives
- Manage delivery of reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and insights to support analytics teams, performance management, and strategic decision-making
- Conduct client visits to provide analytics expertise, explain client business performance, and recommend improvements through data analysis and growth analytics
- Drive internal productivity improvements through sales analytics, business intelligence tools, and performance analytics aligned with commercial team needs
- Own end-to-end analytics workstreams, ensuring data quality analysis, accurate reporting, and delivery of actionable insights
Experience & skills
- Possess 7+ years of experience in strategy analysis, analytics, commercial analytics, or growth analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm
- Demonstrate team management experience in a fast-paced, impact-oriented organization managing managers and associates
- Exhibit strong quantitative analysis and data analysis capabilities with expertise in performance analytics and business intelligence
- Demonstrate experience creating presentations for senior audiences using structured presentation development and analytics storytelling
- Maintain fluency in English with ability to present technical content to clients and non-technical audiences
- Possess knowledge of SQL and Tableau for reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization
- Demonstrate strong attention to data quality analysis, identifying issues and resolving data quality problems
