Job description
The Digital Marketing Manager at American Hospital Dubai leads the Digital Marketing team and oversees all aspects of the hospitalās digital marketing operations across digital networks. The role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to grow brand influence locally while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The position involves developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with the brand vision and business plan, using Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure effectiveness. The role manages digital marketing budgets, supplier reviews, and digital agency relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. It includes managing digital transformation projects such as websites, mobile apps, digital integrations, and other digital properties to improve usability, design, content, data capture, and conversion. The Digital Marketing Manager oversees social media accounts, co-develops social media and CRM strategies, manages multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, and blogs, and ensures brand consistency and lead generation. The role tracks campaign performance using data sources such as Google Analytics, user testing, and focus groups, evaluates market conditions and competitor benchmarks, and ensures active SEO management including keyword research, backlink building, and onsite and offsite optimization. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Build, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and digital marketing roadmap using ROI and KPI measurements
- Organize, lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing team including skills audits and annual training programs
- Plan, prepare, and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring compliance with financial procedures
- Conduct supplier reviews and manage digital agency relationships to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Forecast sales performance trends and develop digital campaigns to increase market segment share and customer interaction
- Manage and maintain digital transformation projects including websites, apps, digital integrations, and digital properties
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts and co-develop social media and CRM strategies
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, blogs, and social media
- Track and analyze campaign activities using tools such as Google Analytics to optimize conversion rates and strategy
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities
- Co-develop and manage content strategy and content calendar ensuring SEO-friendly content aligned with brand tone of voice
- Ensure active management of SEO programs including keyword research, backlink building, and onsite and offsite optimization
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
