Job description
As a Manager in Private Banking Acquisition at Emirates NBD, your primary responsibility is to expand the bankās market share by acquiring new high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) into the Private Banking segment. The role focuses on onboarding new-to-bank (NTB) clients with a relationship value of USD 3 million or more and managing those relationships until handover to a permanent Private Banking Relationship Manager. You'll be expected to operate across the UAE and broader GCC market and contribute to the growth of Emirates NBDās wealth management platforms including in UAE, KSA, London, and Singapore. Key responsibilities
- Develop the market share of all Private banking products and focus on HNW clients for PB segments.
- Build the PB customer base by targeting new millionaires coming to the UAE.
- Penetrate UAE & GCC markets to identify potential clients to meet PB thresholds and support wealth revenue growth across UAE, KSA, London, and Singapore.
- Onboard clients directly to Private Banking and complete the onboarding process smoothly including initial funding, AUM transfer, and interim relationship management.
- Ensure smooth handover of relationships to PB Relationship Managers and collaborate post-handover when needed.
- Drive NTB (New To Bank) customer acquisition for Private Banking segment through Retail Banking Sales.
- Promote products including CASA, Fixed Deposits, Mortgages, Lombard Lending, and Investment AUM with a relationship value of USD 3 Million or more.
Experience & skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Proven relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in banking, specifically in Priority and Private Banking products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
