Job description
Revenue targets for the acceptance team sit at the centre of this Business Development Expert role at Tap Payments in Riyadh. Business growth gets driven through sales strategy development and hands on team leadership, mentoring the acceptance team toward consistent target achievement. You'll identify the most promising merchants and prospects, building a healthy pipeline through cold calling, meetings, networking and events. Cross border payment solutions get sold directly to merchants, with detailed product questions handled as part of helping new merchants evaluate Tap Payments. Presentations and proposals get prepared for prospective merchants, and this role stays the main point of contact throughout the sales process. Key accounts get nurtured inside a well organized portfolio, kept current as relationships grow over time. Collaboration with other sales teams shares best practices, business insights and industry trends across the wider organization. You're expected to bring 4 or more years of role specific experience, along with an in depth understanding of PayTech. Client, merchant and stakeholder relationships get developed and strengthened continuously, backed by strong communication and negotiation skills that close new merchants.
