Job description
The Prepaid Customer Value Management Senior Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing acquisition and base management initiatives for the Prepaid voice and broadband consumer segment at Zain Kuwait. The role oversees revamping existing Prepaid Voice and Broadband portfolios, managing product life cycles, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Non-Marketing functions, and driving successful, timely product launches. Key mandates include designing and maintaining the ATL product portfolio and strategy roadmap, developing product architectural designs and concept papers, coordinating with marketing to understand customer behavior and competition, and ensuring compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS), environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements. The role involves analytics, segmentation, campaign execution, go-to-market strategies, pricing promotions, omni-channel CVM, AI/ML-driven targeting, test-and-learn frameworks, and optimization of prepaid performance KPIs such as ARPU, churn, usage, tenure, GA, and engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain the Prepaid ATL product portfolio and strategy roadmap
- Lead the development and documentation of product architectural designs and concept papers, and supervise product production through marcom, technical, and sales agent training pipelines
- Liaise with marketing functions to develop customer value propositions for new offerings, promotions, and campaigns based on customer behavior and competition insights
- Coordinate with internal Marketing (Budgeting, Planning, Customer Insights, CVM, Marcom) and Non-Marketing departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales) to ensure successful and timely product launches
- Monitor and report on live product performance against targets and track market and competition changes
- Develop business rules, processes, go-to-market strategies, and testing procedures for new products
- Collaborate with Sales Channels, Digital Channels, Marcom, and Pricing teams to optimize channel strategies, marketing materials, and up/cross-sell campaigns
- Recommend corrective actions based on post-launch gap analysis
- Ensure all activities comply with ISMS policies, environmental requirements, and OH&S standards
Experience & skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional stakeholders toward commercial objectives and align diverse parties
- Expert knowledge of telecommunications, particularly prepaid and subscription business models
- Deep understanding of Kuwait telecom market, customer behavior, competition, and regulatory environment
- Solid grounding in business theory, CVM, marketing strategy, product management, and pricing
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management for prepaid segments (acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, reactivation)
- Experience in segmentation, personas, micro-segmentation, and targeted CVM campaigns across digital, outbound, retail, and partner channels
- Analytical expertise in interpreting customer data and deriving actionable insights with advanced Excel and BI tools
- Experience with campaign management systems, project management, risk identification, and multi-initiative execution
- Knowledge of omni-channel CVM, customer journeys, AI/ML targeting, next-best-action models, data monetization, and partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Business/MBA preferred
