Job description
The Business Analyst - Salesforce (L4) at Wipro serves as a critical liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, tasked with understanding and articulating customer requirements for digital transformation projects. The role involves detailed RFP/RFI requirement analysis, functional and non-functional documentation, system capability study, and development of workflow charts and solution specifications. The analyst will coordinate closely with internal teams including project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, and architects, to ensure timely and accurate solution proposals. The role supports testing, change management, and customer feedback integration, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through solution demonstrations and quality deliverables. The analyst also contributes to knowledge sharing across the business analysis community by writing whitepapers, research content, and reusable project components. Expertise in Salesforce Business Analysis and data-driven practices like data modelling is mandatory. The position demands strong engagement in solution validation, performance monitoring, and ongoing client interactions to drive strategic planning, solution accuracy, and project success.

Key responsibilities
- Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements
- Detail scope documents, capturing both stated and unstated customer needs
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams based on system capabilities and requirement analysis
- Engage with internal teams to design accurate and timely RFP/RFI responses
- Understand and communicate financial and operational impacts of changes
- Conduct periodic customer meetings for clarifications and feedback on proposed solutions
- Demonstrate proposed solutions/prototypes to empower customers
- Maintain customer relationships to optimize integration and lead generation
- Engage with delivery teams to provide feedback and ensure solution alignment
- Review test cases for customer requirement coverage
- Perform root cause analysis of proposed solutions before customer presentation
- Facilitate and deploy change requests to meet evolving customer needs
- Support QA with testing inputs and feedback
- Conduct integration and user acceptance testing for validated implementations
- Analyze data using modelling practices to propose improvements
- Ensure full utilization by aligning system capabilities with business specifications
- Support project managers in defining project phases and milestones
- Challenge delivery team assumptions to ensure effective execution
- Drive customer satisfaction through on-time quality deliverables
- Collaborate with other BAs to share domain knowledge
- Create whitepapers, research content, and reusable project components
- Conduct market research to support development and ensure customer delight
Experience & skills
- Mandatory experience in Salesforce Business Analysis
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in constructing workflow diagrams and system capability analysis
- Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and document specifications
- Experience in solution design and response to RFP/RFIs
- Capability to assess financial and operational impacts of business changes
