Job description
As the Manager - Customer Life Cycle Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the exploration, analysis, and modeling of customer data to generate strategic insights for the banking sector. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to uncover behavioral patterns, improve customer engagement, and drive data-backed decisions. Candidates with hands-on experience in GenAI implementations will have an edge in transforming traditional analytics into cutting-edge solutions. This role combines both technical expertise and domain-specific knowledge, operating at the intersection of analytics, software, and banking.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Perform data exploration and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning and deep learning models to support various business objectives within the customer life cycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Implement and scale Generative AI use cases that enhance the analytics function and drive business innovation
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and engineering workflows for large-scale analytics processing
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights to support marketing, retention, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure model performance is optimized and regularly monitored post-deployment
- Adopt best practices in coding, version control, and model validation
- Document processes, models, and analytics logic for transparency and reproducibility
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the banking or financial services domain
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science with a major in Software Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science
- Strong technical skills in machine learning and deep learning model development
- Demonstrated experience in data exploration and visualization using tools such as Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or similar
- Knowledge of building end-to-end data pipelines and deploying models into production
- Experience in implementing or experimenting with Generative AI use cases is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation in large-scale databases
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, churn prediction, and customer value models
- Strong understanding of model evaluation techniques, including AUC, F1, and cross-validation
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE, in a full-time capacity
