Job description
The Senior Human Resources Executive at Al Tayer Motors in Abu Dhabi will act as both a strategic and operational HR business partner to assigned stakeholders, delivering comprehensive HR support to employees and management. This role involves implementing compensation and benefits schemes, managing fixed and variable pay, facilitating employee orientation, monitoring new recruits during probation, and identifying training needs. The executive will address staff grievances and disciplinary issues, provide guidance to line managers, and contribute to employee retention strategies. They will facilitate performance management and appraisal processes, ensure the fair application of HR policies, maintain effective HR communication channels, and provide counselling in line with policies. The position requires maintaining HR systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements, and contributing to initiatives that enhance HR's role in business success. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and English. The role may require travel within the UAE and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
