The Manager, Chief of Staff, Core Payments (EEMEA) at Mastercard will lead and support strategic initiatives for the Core Payments organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives across divisions and markets. The role includes designing and executing complex strategic projects, providing thought leadership, supporting strategic planning, and driving progress against the execution roadmap. Responsibilities span market scanning for build/buy strategies, developing and monitoring KPIs and dashboards, assessing economic conditions in key markets, and identifying strategic priorities by segment and region. Reporting to the EVP of Core Payments, this role involves deep cross-functional collaboration and influence across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in strategy consulting, large-scale project management, analytics, and payments industry expertise. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, R, and SQL is required. The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
