Job description
The Advertising Operations Associate at Tamara is responsible for end-to-end support of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational objectives. The role involves setting up campaigns on various digital platforms, monitoring ongoing performance, and maintaining detailed reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics. The associate works closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, data, and product to coordinate campaign timelines, ensure delivery requirements are met, and address any operational issues that arise. This includes maintaining clean documentation, logs, and records of campaign performance, assisting with post-campaign analysis and reporting, and providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Additionally, the role involves supporting testing and optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies in campaign operations, and suggesting improvements to enhance workflow and performance. The position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced fintech environment serving millions of users across KSA, UAE, and Kuwait. The associate plays a critical role in supporting Tamara's mission to deliver customer-centric financial solutions by ensuring seamless, high-performing digital advertising operations that maximize reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting dashboards and trackers
- Ensure campaign assets, timelines, and delivery requirements are met
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, data, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with post-campaign reporting, insights, and performance summaries
- Identify operational issues or inefficiencies and flag improvements
- Maintain clean documentation, logs, and performance records
- Support ongoing optimization and testing initiatives
Experience & skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing operations, performance marketing, or analytics
- Strong comfort with data, numbers, and spreadsheets including Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or ad platforms is a plus
