Job description
The Integration Manager in Dubai is responsible for leading and managing corporate channels and ERP integrations, including Host-to-Host, API, SWIFT, ISO20022, and XML protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate transaction banking, banking application platforms, and technology solutions delivery within CIBG functions. The position combines technical expertise with business orientation, focusing on architecture, application stability, and delivering effective integration solutions. The Integration Manager oversees RESTful and SOAP services, Java 8+, Oracle databases, Oracle Web-logic, nodeJS, and front-end frameworks like JQuery and Knockout JS. The role ensures secure integration practices including OAuth security, SSL certificates, and encryption key management while managing project execution, aligning IT solutions to business requirements, and driving technology strategy for Global Transaction Banking.

- Lead and manage corporate channels and ERP integrations including Host-to-Host, API, SWIFT, ISO20022, and XML.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
- Oversee application architecture and functional delivery to maintain system stability and implement change efficiently.
- Ensure security and compliance of integration processes including management of encryption keys, SSL certificates, and OAuth protocols.
- Manage RESTful and SOAP web service implementations, Java-based backend services, Oracle databases, and front-end integrations with nodeJS, JQuery, and Knockout JS.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring agile methodology adherence and effective delivery.
- Drive technology strategy for Global Transaction Banking by leveraging industry standards, platforms, and tools.
- Influence cross-functional teams to complete projects and key initiatives successfully, including oversight of team performance and mentoring.
Experience & skills
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate channels and ERP integration within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of corporate transaction banking and banking application platforms.
- Proficiency in Java 8+, Oracle Database, Oracle PLSQL, REST and SOAP services, Oracle Web-logic, nodeJS, JQuery, and Knockout JS.
- Experience managing encryption keys, SSL certificates, OAuth security, and data security practices.
- Demonstrated project management experience and ability to deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.
- Strong application architecture and functional knowledge to ensure stability and change delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to articulate IT benefits and influence stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing teams and driving projects within agile development environments.
