Job description
The Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business development and securing high-value project opportunities for a specialized design and build company delivering premium spa, wellness, and wet area solutions across luxury hotels, private villas, and wellness facilities in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within hospitality, residential, and wellness sectors while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award. The Project Sales Manager builds strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients, conducts client presentations and site visits, and prepares competitive proposals with a strong focus on conversion. The position involves maintaining an active sales pipeline, tracking market trends, forecasting sales opportunities, and negotiating contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for seamless project handover and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Demonstrate experience handling multiple projects and long sales cycles
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client management skills
- Hold valid UAE driving license
- Demonstrate strong hunter mindset focused on new business acquisition
