Job description
The Head of Trade Parts Development - International Business at Al-Futtaim Automotive is responsible for strategic planning and maximizing sales across B2B operations in parts, tyres, and batteries. Based within Al-Futtaim’s Global Aftersales division, the role focuses on achieving financial targets, improving profitability, and expanding international market share. The position requires developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, driving business through dealer networks and government/corporate channels, and leading annual budgeting processes in coordination with pricing and product management teams. Responsibilities also include defining KPIs, optimizing operations, ensuring P&L objectives are met, and maintaining service quality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of international automotive parts markets, proven success in sales operations, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. The Head will lead a team of Key Account Managers and Executives, working closely with the General Manager to deliver high performance and long-term growth strategies across multiple markets.

Experience & skills
- 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 5 years in senior management sales roles
- Strong understanding of the B2B automotive parts business
- Proven success in developing and executing measurable sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of international automotive parts markets
- Experience in optimizing sales operations for profitability
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities
