The Senior Sponsorship Manager (Brand Partnerships) role is a full-time, indefinite position based in Dubai, focused on leading the development and execution of sponsorship and brand partnership strategies to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth. The role exists within Feverâs Brand Partnerships function and requires a sales-driven professional capable of identifying, negotiating, securing, and managing high-value sponsorships with external brands, organizations, and events aligned with Feverâs mission and values. The position involves building and managing a strong long-term sales pipeline, meeting quarterly sales targets, sourcing suitable and ambitious client briefs, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop compelling sponsorship proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. The Senior Sponsorship Manager is expected to identify and articulate trends across entertainment, experiences, and social media to clients, represent the company at industry events and conferences, and lead a team of sponsorship professionals by providing guidance, support, and performance management. The role demands strong negotiation capability, strategic thinking, creativity supported by data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Fluency in English is required, and experience with brand partnerships, brand experiences, and established client or agency networks is considered desirable.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, brand partners, external organizations, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship and brand partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Source, bring in, and manage suitable and ambitious client briefs that support revenue and brand goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Attend and lead client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Build, manage, and strategically grow a strong long-term sponsorship and sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate trends in entertainment, live experiences, and social media to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sponsorship professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand partnerships.
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships.
- Show strong capability in building, maintaining, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Exhibit excellent negotiation skills and relationship-building expertise.
- Demonstrate ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions.
- Be skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch and sponsorship materials.
- Maintain strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language.
- Possess an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with comfort working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Hold experience in brand partnerships, brand experiences, or a strong network of direct client and agency contacts as a desirable qualification.
