Job description
Meeting papers in the morning, a restaurant booking that evening and a household staff rota for the week ahead could all land on the same day in this job. This Executive Personal Assistant works alongside the CEO of a Dubai family office and investment business who oversees several international companies. Contact with senior leadership, portfolio businesses and investors is regular, and you act as the link between the CEO and that network. Diary management, travel, correspondence and meeting notes with clear next steps cover the professional side. Personal support runs just as deep, from bill payments, banking and budgeting to household maintenance and inventory. High-end lifestyle requests, special occasions and philanthropic giving also come through you. Staying a couple of steps ahead matters, so problems get spotted and solved before they reach the CEO. At least 3 years supporting C-level executives is required, along with shorthand or real-time transcription skills and complete discretion. The salary is AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month on a permanent basis.
