The manager leads QBR (quarterly business reviews) with partners, presenting performance insights and recommendations. - Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners through account management and portfolio management, developing tailored commercial strategy to maximize revenue, retention, and customer experience optimization
- Own commercial outcomes including revenue management, profitability analysis, ROI analysis, and performance tracking for assigned accounts
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and Looker to perform market trend analysis, pricing optimization, and generate actionable insights for business growth
- Lead QBR (quarterly business reviews) with partners, presenting performance insights, recommendations, and strategic initiatives
- Plan and execute campaign management activities including co-marketing campaigns to drive incremental order volume and brand visibility
- Identify opportunities for category expansion and new business development initiatives to ensure long-term portfolio growth
- Negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships and align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial strategy and improve partner performance within the e-commerce platform
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate significant experience in account management, business development, or commercial strategy, preferably within food delivery, F&B, or e-commerce industries
- Exhibit strong analytical proficiency including advanced use of Excel and experience with data analysis tools such as Looker for ROI analysis, pricing optimization, and performance tracking
- Show expertise in portfolio management, revenue management, profitability analysis, and execution of data-driven commercial strategies
- Demonstrate experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management, managing complex partner portfolios and building long-term relationships
- Exhibit capability in campaign management including planning and execution of co-marketing campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to support partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration
