The Assistant Vice President β Loyalty Marketing at Aldar in Abu Dhabi is responsible for developing and delivering loyalty marketing strategies across priority verticals including Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Education, with the objective of driving measurable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. The role owns end-to-end loyalty marketing strategy, execution, and P&L performance for assigned verticals, including budget planning, allocation, and financial forecasting. The position involves designing short- and long-term loyalty campaigns, lifecycle marketing frameworks, and database growth initiatives to maximize incremental revenue and customer engagement. The role leads multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, digital performance marketing, owned and earned channels, leveraging marketing technologies such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, CRM and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The position is responsible for customer segmentation, personalized customer journeys, lifecycle marketing optimization, campaign targeting, attribution modelling, and digital funnel optimization. The role partners with stakeholders across Aldar, joint ventures, and third-party partners to ensure loyalty program branding across all customer touchpoints. Responsibilities also include managing customer acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell strategies, and customer lifetime value optimization. The role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements while working with operations teams to implement fraud prevention controls and ensure loyalty program integrity. The position requires strong data-driven marketing expertise, performance marketing leadership, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver strategic growth outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Own loyalty marketing strategy and execution across priority verticals including Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Education to deliver measurable revenue growth and market share expansion
- Manage loyalty marketing P&L including budget planning, allocation, financial forecasting, and performance tracking
- Develop and execute multi-channel integrated loyalty campaigns across paid media, digital, owned, and earned channels
- Design lifecycle marketing programs to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and incremental revenue growth
- Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels including search, social, display, programmatic, and app marketing
- Develop personalized customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and targeted communications across lifecycle stages
- Partner with stakeholders across business verticals, joint ventures, and third-party partners to align loyalty marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements and implement fraud prevention controls for loyalty programs
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, lifecycle marketing, or strategic marketing roles
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience managing loyalty marketing P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Expertise in digital performance marketing including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
- Experience with CRM and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Strong knowledge of attribution modelling, digital funnel optimization, and ROI measurement
