Job description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the Riyadh office of Alvarez & Marsal. This includes calendar and travel management, event coordination, and operational support across secretarial, business development, and sales operations domains. The EA will liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, manage sensitive information with discretion, and proactively contribute to the efficient running of a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and dynamic culture and possesses experience supporting leadership teams, preferably in the professional services industry.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Monitor emails and respond on behalf of Managing Directors
- Schedule and organize meetings, events, and meals
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries
- Maintain and coordinate calendars and team holiday schedules
- Handle post, booking rooms, scanning, printing, and archiving
- Manage confidential information and Concur expense reporting
- Track and report time using timesheet management tools
- Support onboarding of new joiners and assist other EAs as needed
- Collaborate with EAs and corporate teams like HR, Finance, IT
- Coordinate internal and external marketing and networking events
- Assist with virtual conferences and event logistics
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and update contact databases
- Track sales activities and reports using Salesforce
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline and serve as Salesforce administrator
- Support sales operations including invoices, billing, conflict checks
- Manage client onboarding and coordinate project setup with billing teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree from an accredited top-tier university
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Arabic language skills desirable but not essential
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience supporting senior individuals
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Agresso, Salesforce, Concur, Zoom, MS Teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with strong business acumen
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
