The Senior/Lead Backend Engineer at Huspy will contribute to building high-quality products for the Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal. Working in a collaborative environment with product leaders, designers, and data teams, you will take ownership of critical technical deliverables, drive software engineering excellence, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. The role demands a hands-on engineering mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
