Job description
Drive the growth and management of Veeamās reseller and distributor network in Saudi Arabia. Develop strategic partnerships, manage enterprise accounts, and execute channel strategies to meet revenue targets while maintaining end-user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets and goals for the territory
- Develop and execute territory plan focused on channel partners and large customers
- Recruit, train, and enable channel partners (VARs and distributors) with focus on SMB run-rate business
- Work closely with account managers and channel partners to close large enterprise deals
- Build and maintain executive relationships at partner organizations
- Negotiate partnerships and resolve conflicts to ensure partner satisfaction
- Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Leverage knowledge of market, competitors, and channel trends to inform decisions
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of sales experience in software organizations, including enterprise accounts
- Extensive experience in channel management and working with Saudi market
- Proven track record of consultative selling and enterprise account success
- Strong leadership skills with ability to set strategy and guide channel teams
- Excellent English and Arabic proficiency
- Ability to travel across the territory as required
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent professional experience
